Refund Policy

Bareroots Herb maintains a no-refund policy. However, if goods are received damaged or defective, customers are eligible for a replacement, provided they follow the claims process outlined below.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Submit an unboxing video and clear photographic evidence showing the damage or defect.
  2. Send this documentation to support@barerootsherb.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without the required evidence will be deemed invalid, and no replacement will be provided. Bareroots Herb reserves the right to review and verify claims before approving a replacement.
