Dispatch Timelines

• Herbal Teas, Oils, and Supplements: Orders will be dispatched within 5 (Five) business days of order confirmation and full payment.
• Specialty Products and Limited Editions: Dispatch will take place within 7 (Seven) business days of order confirmation and full payment.

Delivery Timeframe

• The estimated delivery period within India is up to 30 (Thirty) business days, depending on the location and logistical factors. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, BareRoots Herb is not liable for any delays caused by the logistics partner. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the order is returned to our warehouse, we will arrange for 1 (One) reshipment at no extra cost to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Goods
